This Privacy Policy explains how Free Space: Swipe Clean (the “App”), operated by Studio Twelve FZCO (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles your information. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

1. Your Photos Stay on Your Device

The App helps you review and delete photos and videos to free up storage. To do this, the App requests permission to access your device’s photo library. Your photos and videos are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, copy, transmit, or store your photos or videos on any server, and we never share them with third parties. When you choose to delete media, the deletion happens through your device’s own system.

2. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little information as possible. Specifically:

• Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or in-app purchase, our payments provider RevenueCat and Apple process the transaction. We receive non-personal data such as your subscription status and an anonymous purchase identifier so we can unlock paid features.
• Usage & diagnostic data. We may collect anonymous, aggregated information about how the App is used and crash/performance data to improve stability. This does not identify you personally.
• App Tracking Transparency. The App will ask for your permission before any tracking. If you decline, no tracking identifiers are used.

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or precise location, and we do not require you to create an account.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and maintain the App’s core features.
• To process and validate purchases and subscriptions.
• To diagnose problems and improve performance.

4. Permissions We Request

• Photo Library — to display and delete your media so you can free up space.

Since your photos are never uploaded, there is nothing for us to retain. Anonymous purchase and diagnostic data are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights
